1. Long Agreements (1-5 years)

Agreements with us can be between 1 to 5 years offering you the landlord long periods of time that your property will be let without worries of voids and loss of rent especially during these uncertain times of tax changes such as section 24.

2. Guaranteed Rent Every Month

Our payments are guaranteed to you for the duration of the agreement that is decided upon. This means that for the duration of our agreement you do not have to worry about the usual private landlord concerns such void periods meaning loss of rent, finding new tenants yourself or via an agent.

3. No Agency Fees

YellowRock are not an agency so unlike an agency we do not take a percentage of the rent each month for ourselves, we simply agree a rate with yourselves and that is a flat payment you’ll receive each month from us.

4. Property Maintained To High Standards

Professional clients expect high standards when they’re working away from home, the same standards that would be found in premium hotels therefore we have a obligation to ensure the properties we manage are maintained to a high standard at all times

5. Regular Property Inspections

Due to the nature of shorter term lettings our cleaners or property management staff will have regular visits to a property so that if we were to spot a maintenance issue we would be looking to fix it as quick as possible due to our vested interest in keeping the property maintained to high standard for our professional guests
